This is such a beautiful drink. Toss in a couple of ice cubes and call it dessert. Much more balanced and refined than Bailey's. The Scotch used makes all of the difference. We order 3 bottles every year just before Christmas and often half-way through the year. Wish I could get it here in Washington but it ships beautifully.
