It's green, it's minty, it's sweet and it makes a really rather good grasshopper. Monin has created a wonderful creme de menthe here, a must for minty cocktails.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Menthol with sugar syrup sweetness and a hint of aniseed.

Palate: Soft mints and fennel.

Finish: Like glace mints.

Overall: A clean, sweet and smooth creme de menthe.
