Aviz Aniz Escarchado Bottling Note

Produced by the Aviz company in Sangalhos, Portugal in the 1960s, this is, we think, an anise-flavoured liqueur. It's really hard to tell. The name translates as "frosty anise Imperial wine". Does that help? There appears to be some sort of plant floating in the bottle as well.
