Pinkster Gin Bottling Note
Pinkster, 'the Agreeably British Gin', is brought to us by the rather affable Colonel Pinkster! This larger than life fellow is more than happy to take a few moments out of his life of leisure to extoll the virtues of his fair libation!
5 botanicals are used to create this premium gin, which owes its pink hue and subtle fruitiness to raspberries that are steeped in the spirit. Launched in July 2013, the product is the brainchild of Stephen Marsh and is produced by Thames Distillers before bottling at 37.5% abv.
Refreshing change from the usual
A smooth operator
If you're not a fan of the big dry gins, then this will hit the spot. The juniper's there but it's not dominant. Mighty refreshing.....will be stocking up for the summer. Thanks.

Wasn't sure what to expect but pleasantly surprised. Smooth finish. Even the mother-in-law who's not a gin fan was back for seconds.
