Nose: A clean, fruity nose of exotic spices and juniper. Creamy and elegantly put together.

Palate: A juniper-led, peppery palate, with hints of cucumber, coriander and a menthol-like character. Dry and herbal.

Finish: A long, dry, crisp finish with grapefruit zest and apple peel.
