For its Extra Brut bottling, Gosset crafted a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. The Champagne was aged for three years on lees, and the result is super fresh and easy drinking, an ideal aperitif.
Citrus blossom, pear and dry minerality, with peach and honey.
