Calvados Coquerel 8YO Bottling Note

A deliciously soft, rich and fruity Calvados made with spirit aged for between eight and fifteen years in oak. For the first part of its maturation, Calvados Coquerel is rested in new oak barrels, before being transferred into smaller, old barrels which give the spirit its smoothness.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: A rich, creamy aroma with notes of custard, dried fruits and stem ginger. A hint of perfumed potpourri develops.

Palate: Very fruity, stewed apples, pears, cinnamon and pastry. Hints of old oak.

Finish: Vanilla on the finish, with apple strudel.
