Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Fennel, liquorish and aniseed with a little lemon sherbet emerging with time.

Palate: This absinthe has a really warming star anise flavour that is well rounded and rich.

Finish: The finish is herbaceous with a little more fennel and liquorish to boot.

Overall: A thoroughly enjoyable absinthe from Adnams, elegant and well rounded.
