A rather delicious Prosecco from Adami, Bosco di Gica is named after the ancient name of the area where the first family vineyards are located. Produced predominantly from Glera grapes with a small proportion of Chardonnay, it's fruity, crisp and floral, ideal for aperitifs and the like.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Dry with a vibrant acidity, notes of nectarine and ripe orchard fruit with honey, cherry blossom and a crisp finish.
