Independent bottler Woodrow's of Edinburgh present a mysterious Lowland single malt here, and while they don't disclose the distillery name, they've given us a pretty solid clue – it's located near the East Lothian village of Pencaitland! Dust off your Scotch whisky map, or y'know, your favourite search engine, and you'll have the answer in no time. Distilled in 2014, the whisky spent its final four years in a host of first-fill oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks from Bodegas Fernando de Castilla before it was vatted and bottled at 10 years old in 2025. A release of 287 cask strength bottles.
