A single malt spent seven years ageing in oloroso and bourbon quarter casks, adding big flavour in a short amount of time, a profile that is bolstered by the 56.9% ABV bottling strength.

Red berry sweetness tempered by black pepper, latte, earthy smoke, and floral honey.
