A classic blend made up of 41 different whiskies. Whyte and Mackay special is a great mixer.

I bought a litre of this whisky for £15.98 from a supermarket. I had positive expectations because of the good reviews on here , but I wasn't impressed so much. It's a smooth, cheap tipple that is rather bland , but probably better than a few others at this price , so I am not complaining . However , I think it is worth paying a just few pounds more , if you can afford it of course , to get a more enjoyable whiskey with a bit of character locked inside it .
I’ve always preferred this whisky over Grouse,Bells and other blends. I love it neat, with ice or with a little water. Wonderful whisky
Bought it today... premium and rich.
Don’t take any notice of some negative reviews, This to my mind is the best blended whisky by a mile , Off course it’s down to personal choice but I used to only drink grouse , But after tasting whyte and mackay blended it’s got me hooked.
I've preferred this Whisky for many years. For the price it's an excellent buy and a good one to always have in stock, both smoother, fruitier and just richer than the other popular whiskies in the price bracket.
