It's the fourth batch of WhistlePig's FarmStock, though this time it's been renamed HomeStock, as the community of of whiskey fans created their blends safely socially-distancing at home before coming together online to taste and vote for the final recipe! It was made with a combination of 45% rye, 30% wheat and 25% barley, showcasing the classic WhistlePig rye spiciness, mellowed by creamy, vanilla-rich notes.
Rounded orange and lemon, waves of caramel, a hint of pepper leading to subtle oaky warmth.
Honeyed cereal, cookie dough, earthy rye, greengage and walnuts.
Golden Grahams, mint leaf, malted milk biscuits, root ginger.
