Living Souls 19 Year Old Islay Blended Malt - "Kildalton"
Matured in a combo of bourbon and sherry casks, this 19-year-old Islay single malt joins the inaugural collection from independent bottler Living Souls. While it hails from an undisclosed distillery, it bears the name Kidalton, also the name of the coast on the south of the island, and home to three of its famous distilleries. That, and its peaty, smoky, briny profile ought to help the Islay aficionados narrow things down.
