A blended whisky created by Whisky Mag from parts of the hundreds of samples of malt whiskies they're sent for review each year alongside a selected grain whisky. The blend was then finished in a Pedro Ximénez cask.
The whiskies used come from all over the world, making this a truly global blend, and all producer profits raised will be donated to Walking with the Wounded.
Butterscotch, manuka honey, toffee apple, biscuits and subtle warming spices.

Why oh why did I not stock up on this in the flash sale? Thought it might be a bit of a gamble with so many blends. How wrong could I be. This stuff is luxurious. Thick oily mouth feel clearly some older stuff in here. The nose is interesting but harks of many other blends, but the palate is divine. Mango, citrus, honey, Heather, brambly apples, chewy toffee, black treacle. The finish is long and satisfying. Glad I got to try it. Mortified I let more slip through my fingers. M. Horrell
