This single malt brings together the sweetness and structure of the bourbon casks, the complexity of the sherry, the fruitiness of the rum, and the subtle smoke of the quarter cask into one compelling dram.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Toffee apple and spiced caramel, with rum-soaked raisins, flashes of pineapple, and a faint thread of distant bonfire smoke.
Palate
Bourbon vanilla and soft caramel open the show, followed by waves of fruitcake, gingerbread, and tropical fruit with a touch of smoky wood.
Finish
Balanced and warming with rich spice, soft fruit, and gentle oak.
