A rich and deeply flavoured English single malt matured entirely in a fresh oloroso quarter cask. Made from Maris Otter and Laureate barley, with Kveik Voss yeast for a robust and fruity character. A sherry lover’s delight.
Sticky raisins, dates, and malt loaf dusted with cinnamon and nutmeg, all tucked into a slice of Christmas cake.
Spiced gingerbread and clove, with rich dried fruits and a hint of molasses – think Jamaica cake with a dry, warming finish.
Long and nutty with a whisper of cocoa and lingering festive spice.
