Vanilla pod, Sherried peels and a touch of tart raspberry.
Raisins and dates, slightly nutty at points. Sugary milk chocolate.
Thick blackcurrant juice and caramel.

I don't know why it's not so popular yet, but you should definitely to try it! The taste is rich and full, cherry notes are so delightful. I'm not expert in a describing of whiskey, but I'll buy this Sherry Cask bottle again.
