One of the two initial releases from the Wemyss Family Collection, an annual series of blended malts launched in 2017 highlighting a specific influence on whisky flavour profiles. Vanilla burst is based around the influence of bourbon casks, and features whisky from two Speyside distilleries, drawn from 15 first fill ex-bourbon barrels. A release of 4,800 bottles.
