Courage & Conviction Signature Malt 70cl Whiskey

This is the Signature Malt from the Virginia Distillery Co.'s Courage & Conviction range of American single malt whisky. Made from 100% North American malted barley, long fermented with a two-strain proprietary yeast mixture (one for yield, one for flavour), fermented for a generous 72 hours, the whisky matured for at least six years in a host of sherry casks, bourbon barrels, and STR European red wine casks. Laden with layers of milk chocolate, toasted pecans, and honeyed stone fruits.
