A mysterious Islay single malt here from The Cooper's Choice range, to which The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. is giving no hints about its origins. It was aged in a single Spanish Rioja red wine cask, and bottled in 2021 with an outturn of 312 bottles under the name Lagan Mill.
