From Canadian brewers Yukon comes a single malt whisky which was named 'Single Malt of the Year' and won a gold medal at the 2024 Canadian Whisky Awards. It was finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks and bottled at 43% ABV.
Mocha, brown sugar, oak char, woodsmoke, cinnamon, and dates.
Dark fruit and sherried-stained oak are joined by cooking spices and Golden Grahams.
Nutmeg and toffee apples.
