A limited edition originally released for travel retail that pays tribute to the town of Tullamore. The phoenix in the town's coat of arms comes from 1785 when a hot air balloon crash caused a terrible fire that nearly wiped Tullamore off of the map. The Irish pot still component is finished in Oloroso Sherry casks.
Nutty caramel, clove, raisin, tart orchard fruit, punchy leafy notes, a little acetone and vanilla.
Similar to the nose with blossoms, oak and oily spiced toffee with just a drop of water.
Warming and drying dried fruit, vanilla and spice.
