Tormore Legacy 2009 70cl Whisky

Elixir Distillers took on the Tormore distillery in 2022 under the watchful eye of distillery manager Polly Logan. While we await the newly distilled whiskies from Tormore to be ready, the Legacy series offers a glimpse into its past, exploring the distillery's DNA and signature profile of rich orchard fruits and buttery pastry. This single malt was distilled in 2009 and matured in a first-fill bourbon barrel, yielding 272 bottles when it was opened in 2025.
