Tormore single malt, distilled in 2015 and matured for seven years, including time in an oloroso sherry cask. The cask was opened by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. in 2023, independently releasing a total of 360 bottles for The Cooper's Choice Collection.
Poached orchard fruits and grilled stone fruits lead the way, with cinnamon, nutmeg, and toasted hazelnuts.
Spiced honey joins more juicy, cooked apples and apricots, leading to oily orange and sweet baking spice.
Oaken vanilla, cinnamon, a touch of ginger, and warming, cakey spice.
