Another team up between Decadent Drinks and Whisky Sponge – this time, the duo has bottled up a terrific Tormore! It's an assemblage of two first-fill barrels, and was aged for 31 years before being bottled up in 2021, with just 422 bottles produced. As the label proclaims, "Genuine!"
Toffee, polished oak, a good helping of cooked fruit, and perhaps a little dollop of marmalade too.
Cinnamon-dusted apples and blackberries, cedar spiciness persisting throughout, a hint of caraway.
Toffee pennies, chocolate eclairs, and black pepper.
