Exquisite single malt whisky from Toremore. Distilled back in 1990, this was matured for a generous 31 years in a bourbon cask, before being bottled by Chapter 7 in 2021, as part of its Monologue series. Only 239 bottles of this special Speysider were produced.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Tropical fruits, passion fruit, apple crumble, and spiced pears.

Palate

Charred pineapple, stewed apple, bright orangey citrus, and bold, biscuity malt.

Finish

Citrus peels, tangy with creamy barley, orchard fruits with a dusting of nutmeg.
