From Speyside's Tormore distillery comes this impressive single malt, distilled in 1993 and matured for 29 years in a first-fill sherry butt. Kept under the watchful eye of the folks at indie bottler Gordon & MacPhail, the cask was finally opened in 2022, yielding an outturn of 554 bottles for its Connoisseurs Choice series.
