The best single malt I have ever tasted.

Forget the water, this smooth tasting malt does not need it. It is velvet on the tongue and gentle on the throught and the most complex single malt I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. My normal tiple is either the Islay or Island malts. I thought no other region or distilery could touch them. I was wrong. To release the fragrance and flavours from this complex and rewarding malt first warm your glass with off the boil hot water. Secondly disgard all water and pour in the Tormore, not too much remember it is 62.2% proof. Then savour the aroma, I would recomend a Brandy or whisky nosing glass. Then take a gentle sip and alow the presious liquid to infuse your tongue and palate only then swallow the honey and chocolate infused dram. This is a gentle gaint of a single malt. Imagine Geof Capes as large and powerful as he is cradling one of his prised budgerigars and you have a piture of this powerful malt. I cannot praise it high enough and at less than 100 pounds it is a bargin to be sought after. The people at SMofS have done themselves proud. Seek out a bottle and taste and see that the malt is good........
