A 1999 vintage Tormore single malt matured in three first fill bourbon barrels (4737, 4739 and 4740) and bottled by Gordon & MacPhail for their Cask Strength range.
American oak notes of vanilla fudge to the fore with apple peel, stemmy grass, citrus and gooseberry developing.
Golden barley, candied peels, boiled sweets, cinnamon and malt.
Oak with a hint of red fruit.
