A marvellous single mal Scotch whisky here from Tomintoul, drawn from a single Port pipe. This expression was distilled in 2001, and bottled 20 years later in 2021, producing 747 bottles. Rich red fruit notes galore – dig in!
Raspberry jam on toast, with hints of clove and vanilla underneath.
Cocoa powder, blueberry muffin, maple syrup, cinnamon, and strawberry ice cream.
Lasting strawberry and blackcurrant hints.
