Sherry
Well-sherried single malt distilled by Tomintoul back in August 2000 and left to mature in a single Pedro Ximénez sherry butt for 19 years. Nearly two decades later, in February 2020, this whisky was bottled up at 55.8% ABV, with an outturn of 521 bottles.
Creamy and delicate with hints of ripe banana, raisins and dried pineapple.
Malty and full with notes of sweet summer fruits and floral freshness.
Long and toasty with a biscuity sweetness lingering long on the tongue.
