Wine Cask
A 16 year old single malt from the Tomintoul Distillery, released as a single cask bottling! It was distilled in 2004, and was eventually drawn from a Sauternes wine cask in 2021, producing only 293 bottles. Always exciting to see whisky ages in Sauternes casks!
Lemon curd, waxy peels, aromatic honey, and fresh barley.
Peach, honeycomb, vanilla pod, candied peanuts, and sweet cinnamon.
Lemon drizzle cake, milky tea, and gingerbread.
