Single Malt
Scotland
1 Jan 2008

We're big fans of white Port, and of whisky obviously, but it's not too often that the two meet, so this rare occasion is most welcome! Distilled at Tomintoul in 2008, this 14-year-old single-malt Scotch was finished in white Port casks, imparting delicious sweet, vinous notes to the elegant malt at its core.
Floral notes of elderflower and orchard blossom, white grapes, and pineapple sweeties, with soft barley in tow.
Plenty of fruity tang with summer berries, sultanas, and honeyed prunes. Syrupy flapjack joins, with a dash of fresh vanilla.
Praline, yellow plums, spiced biscuits, and hints of creamy mocha.
