Port Finish
A fab 13 year old single malt from Tomintoul, which has interestingly been drawn from a white Port cask! This expression was distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2021, producing only 312 bottles. It's not a common sight to see whisky aged in a white Port cask, so we're rather curious to see the impact it has had on the flavour profile!
Fruit Salad sweeties, peanuts, elderflower, and cherries.
Tangy raspberry mellowed by fragrant vanilla, plus hints of granola with chocolate chips.
A subtle touch of milky coffee on the finish.
