From Chapter 7's Monologue series of indie bottlings comes this single cask Tomintoul, distilled in September 2010. The Speysider rested for 11 years in an Amontillado sherry cask until May 2022, when it was bottled at 52.5% ABV in a release of 351 bottles.
Coffee and walnut cake, black pepper, cut grass, and toffee apple, with subtle flinty undertones.
Caramelised nuts, cigar box, plum sauce, and salted fudge.
Fiery ginger, creamy vanilla, and green apple.
