Tomatin distillery's new no-age-statement release uses virgin oak as well as bourbon casks. It provides a new entry level to the Tomatin range but the use of different casks make this a unique expression.
Lemon, panatella and pine forest. Slightly green with vanilla.
Cracked pepper and sweet barley with pineapple cube sweets. Waves of warming oak beneath.
Sweet but peppered.
A clean and certainly affordable single malt whisky.
A quality product at an incredibly affordable price. I must have bought this at least half a dozen times(and I will buy it again) A must have, especially for it's price
Sitting at that price I've had drams 3 x that price which have completely disappointed me . I will certainly buy another one . A fine dram.in - deed .
Taking the price into consideration, this is really a affordable daily dram which gives you a sweet palate and decent aroma, rather clean and smooth, short bittery finish. Love it!
