Marvellous whisky from the Tomatin distillery, carefully rested for 30 years in ex-bourbon and traditional oak casks before bottling at 46% ABV. Tremendous stuff, packing loads of complexity to dig in to.

Herbal, spiced palate with poppy seed cake, mature honey, fresh flowers and custard.
Custard and digestive biscuits on the finish.
Purchased it for our 30th wedding anniversary and I must say possibly the best Scotch I have ever tasted.
