A limited edition release from the Tomatin distillery of 21 year old whisky, made from 6 bourbon casks and 1 sherry butt. The result is a charming champ of a whisky, rich with fruity notes and a subtle hint of smoke. Limited to 2400 bottles.
A bounty of fruits! Peaches, gooseberries and kiwis, all jostling for attention. A floral touch near the centre.
The fruits play a big part on the palate, but the smoke sneaking through from deep within make it an absolute pleasure.
Oak spices appear on the finish.
