A biscuity, malty Tomatin from Berry Brothers and Rudd, this was distilled in 1991 and aged in a single cask (number 51) before bottling in 2012. A 21 year old whisky at natural cask strength. Delicious!
Nose: A mix of spices, cigar leaves and cooked fruit. Peppery.
Palate: Sweet spice and sticky toffee pudding. Black pepper and cigar boxes.
Finish: Cedar and digestive biscuits.
