20 year old Tomatin single malt, finished in a Pedro Ximenéz cask and independently bottled by Ian Macleod for the Dun Bheagan range. This was distilled in October 1996 and bottled in 2017 with an outturn of just 539 bottles.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Dundee cake and mince pie filling. Hints of salted butter and vanilla pod.
Palate
Tobacco leaf, orange peel, sticky Sherry and porridge oats.
Finish
Shortbread with dried fruit and ginger.
