Sherry
One of a trio of single malts released for Tomatin's Sherry Collection in 2024, this 2006 vintage single malt Scotch whisky was aged for 17 years, including a finish in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks for eight years. It was bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and with natural colour.
Indulgent sticky toffee pudding and espresso.
Lemon curd, golden syrup, dates, dried fig and muscovado sugar.
The finish is long with notes of rum, raisin, and decadent dark chocolate.
