Sherry
One of a trio of single malts released for Tomatin's Sherry Collection in 2024, this 2008 vintage single malt Scotch whisky was aged for 15 years, including a finish in Palo Cortado sherry casks for three years. It was bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and with natural colour.
Aromas of cinder toffee and dried orange provide a rich and inviting introduction.
These are followed by notes of milk chocolate, toasted fruit loaf and Brazil nuts on the palate.
It has a tangy and complex finish, with hints of black tea and ginger.
