Chosen by Nigel the Capercaillie (don’t ask), this 2nd fill sherry hoggie of 2014 Tomatin is bottled at a comfortable 53% – Nigel’s sweet spot, apparently. A bold, fruity Highlander with cheeky sherry oomph and proud avian approval.
