Two tremendous single cask bottlings of Tomatin single malt. There's a 2001 vintage 20-year-old drawn from a single Pedro Ximénez sherry butt, and a 2005 vintage 19-year-old matured in a bourbon barrel.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Crisp green apples, lemon zest, and floral honey, opening into Victoria sponge, buttercream, and white chocolate.
Palate
Fuller than the nose suggests, with ripe tropical fruit, brown sugar, malt loaf, and a gentle oak spice.
Finish
Long, warming, and delicately sweet with soft vanilla and citrus peel.
