Another special single malt joins the ranks of The Hebridean Series from Tobermory – here we have the second installment of five planned annual releases from the legendary Isle of Mull-based distillery. For this expression, the team at Tobermory began with its gloriously sherried 15 Year Old single malt, and instead of bottling it up, the whisky was treated to a further nine-year stay in ex-Gonzales Byass Oloroso sherry casks.
