21 year old Tobermory, independently bottled by the chaps from WM Cadenhead - one of Scotland's oldest indie bottlers. This was distilled on the Isle of Mull in 1995 and bottled in 2016 for the Small Batch range. 450 bottles were produced.
Stroopwafel and coffee. Mint leaf, shortbread and pear tarte tatin.
Tropical fruits, sugary barley, almond biscuits.
Spicy notes of nutmeg and black pepper begin to develop on the long finish.
