What's the story of this Tobermory, wouldn't you like to know? OK then! This single malt was distilled in 2008 and filled into a refill butt, where it remained for the next 15 years. That cask was opened in 2024 by us here at MoM Towers, releasing a total of 307 bottles for our exclusive single cask collection. Also, it's ridiculously tasty, we're just writing the tasting notes now and felt the need to point this out. In case the fact that we chose to bottle it wasn't enough of an endorsement for you...

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Juicy green apples and pears, sourdough starter, creamy lemon curd and vibrant barley, rusk biscuits, brandy snaps, and set honeycomb.
Palate
Intense, mouth-filling layers of creamy malt, a touch of tangy gooseberry, yellow plum, and apricot, then chewy toffee, brown butter, cream crackers, and dried mango.
Finish
Things wrap up with a medley of silky butterscotch, buttery oak and juicy, fruity barley.
