13 year old single malt Scotch whisky from the Tobermory Distillery, which can be found on the isle of Mull! This whisky was distilled in 2008, given a finishing period in virgin oak casks, and eventually bottled in 2021. A release of 1,554 bottles from Càrn Mòr's Strictly Limited series.
Pine, mint imperial sweeties, lemon curd, brown sugar, cassia and orris.
Subtly floral oak, joined by apple blossom and buttery pastry. A pinch of green apple sharpness, followed by toasty oak spices.
Honeydew melon, cassia again, waxy peels.
