This single malt Scotch whisky from the Tobermory distillery on the Isle of Mull was matured for 12 years and enjoyed a finishing period in Manzanilla sherry casks before being bottled at 46.3% ABV. Manzanilla is not an incredibly common cask type for whisky to be finished in, though it creates some rather delicious results...
Rum-soaked raisins and salted crackers, with a hint of coffee bean in the mix.
Smoky coffee once again, now paired with bright citrus and dark chocolate.
Honeydew melon, sultana and clove.
